It is a good news that Cheminova India Limited (Site-1) has been awarded BEST ASSESSEE OF THE YEAR FOR 2008-09 on the occassion of Excise Day celebration at Surat Commissionerate on 24/02/2010. This award is given by Chief Commissioner of Commissionerate-II,Surat. Out of thousands of nominations of large scale companies CIL was selected for this coveted award.

This award is the first in the history of Cheminova to be awarded for excellent achievements in the field of Central Excise.

During the meeting, Commissioner had a word of praise for CIL for achieving this feat.
