The company has three independent sites at Panoli (Gujarat), 380 km north of Mumbai for manufacturing Technicals, Formulations and Intermediates. It employs around 300 people who are highly skilled with sound technical know how.
Technical
Manufacturing capabilities include Monocrotophos, Dichlorvos, Chlorpyrifos, Quinalphos, Acephate, Triazophos and Imidacloprid. Recently, the company has added capacities to manufacture Thiacloprid.
Formulations
Cheminova has a large in-house formulation plant on a separate site at  Panoli with a yearly capacity of 10 million liters. There are separate dedicated fully automated and semi-automated lines for producing assorted products in HDPE, PET, Tin and aluminum packs.
The company is continuously introducing new products and developing new and safer formulations, for which new facilities have been established.
Intermediates
 Situated at a new site of 42 acres in Panoli, Cheminova has been producing major intermediates like : Phosphorous Trichloride (PCL3), Trimethyl Phosphite (TMP), Phosphorous Penta Sulpfide (P2S5) and Diethyl Phosphorochloridothioate (DEPCT) for captive consumption and caters to the requirements of other companies.
ISO
Cheminova India Limited has adopted ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System.
The company has acquired the coveted ISO 9001: 2000 certification for Design, Manufacturing & Supply of Technical Grade Agrochemicals from DNV in 2001.
The Quality Standard adopted focuses on processes approved to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement. So the 2 key words are – Customer satisfaction, Enhancement & Continual Improvement. The various departments including Management, committed to achieve the objectives are – Production, Quality Control, R&D, Stores, Purchase, Marketing & Distribution and auxillary departments like Maintenance & Human Resources. Each of these department has specific activities to carry out, with main objectives of Customer satisfaction, Enhancement & Continual Improvement. Each of these activities undergoes the following cycle – P-D-C-A Cycle (Plan – Do – Check – Act).
